Discover the delicate art of paper quilling in this hands-on library program.
Learn the basics of quilling and make a bouquet of paper flowers. Transform simple strips of paper into intricate designs using easy-to-learn techniques. This program is designed for beginners and all materials will be provided.
Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver. Register to reserve your spot.
