Back for a second year, and expanded to include all veggie cars, we have our thrilling veggie car races! Grab a veggie, some axels and wheels, and make a gravity powered car to race at the market.
Drop-in with you veggie car between 9:00 and 12:00 and race against other veggie cars!
Zucchini's, carrots, peppers, if you can grow it or get it at the farmer's market, you can use it for your car. Just keep in mind that tomatoes will probably only be able to make it down the ramp once!
All veggie cars must be gravity powered only, have at least one axle that passes through the car.
Fun names for the cars are encouraged!
Keep in mind that crashes are part of the fun, and your car may not survive.
