Celebrate the Summer Reading Challenge S.T.E.A.M. theme, come watch "The Time Machine" (2002). Based on the classic novel by H.G. Wells, the story tells of Alexander Hartdegen, a scientist and inventor who is determined after experiencing a tragic loss, to prove that time travel is possible. He invents a time machine that allows him to travel 800,000 years into the future but soon finds that mankind has been divided into two races: the hunter and the hunted.
This film is rated PG-13 and has a run time of 96 mins.

The Sarnia Library houses a 306-seat accessible theatre. Up to nine seats can be removed to accommodate barrier free seats.
The theatre is equipped with LED lighting along aisles, wall sconces and ceiling, sound equipment, projection screen, stage, lobby area with servery and barrier free washrooms.
