Explore Engineering using: LEGO Education Spike, Robots in Motion, and Machines in Motion.
Using "Robots" and "Machines in Motion", participants will be building machines using gears or motors and learning how different parts of a machine work together.
LEGO Education Spike includes traditional LEGO parts as well as a battery hub that communicates to a device by Bluetooth, two motors, lights, and a speaker. The hub communicates with a Chromebook, and the machines are controlled by coding with either one of two block coding styles.
This program is recommended for ages 8-12 years old.
Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver.
