Courtright Library is inviting you to practice some self-care by engaging in some mindful colouring. Colouring is a healthy way to relieve stress. It calms the brain and helps your body relax, which can help improve sleep and fatigue while decreasing body aches, heart rate, respiration, and feelings of depression and anxiety. We will have several templates to choose from and a broad range of colours to decorate your creation.
