It's media literacy week and we are going to dive into the world of emojis! :)
This week we will be learning about the history and purpose of emojis and will then be challenged to design their own emojis. We will then play a Hedbandz-style game with emojis where the group will help each other identify their emoji, and will finish up with an emoji charades game. There will also be emojis colouring pages, emoji Pictionary, and emoji code printouts.
This program is recommended for children ages 8-12.
Children under 10 must have a caregiver present.
