Explore explore structural engineering concepts and simple machines through collaborative play.
This program will help participants to develop their science literacy skills, expand their creativity and feed their curiosity. It will also develop physical literacy through the use of fine motor functions and building with their hands. Participants will learn and use five basic structural engineering concepts: nuts and bolts, hinges, angles (L-shapes), braces (A-shapes) and movement (wheels).
This program is designed for children aged 8 to 10, and children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver.
