Calling all aspiring green thumbs! Ryan Slyzuk, owner of Taproots Green Gardens, an organic market garden here in Sarnia, will be answering all of your planting and gardening questions for the upcoming season. There will be a short presentation highlighting some of the principles used for seed starting and growing vegetables without the use of chemical sprays or synthetic fertilizers. The afternoon will culminate with the sowing of seeds provided by the library's One Seed program for participants to take home and plant in their own garden.
