Explore how water and oil don't mix!
Create a design with white pastels, cover with bleeding tissue paper, spray with water, remove tissue paper and see where the colour bled through and where the pastel resisted the water.
Please note that a service dog may be present in the library during this program. Service dogs are working animals and should not be petted, fed, or distracted.
Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver.
