Curvy Construction
Thursday, November 19
4:00pm - 5:00pm
Explore architecture and engineering by designing and building your own curvy structure.
Inspired by buildings such as the Sydney Opera House and the works of architects like Zaha Hadid, we will be using paper strips and quilling techniques to construct whimsical and futuristic buildings and structures.
STEAM programs incorporate science, technology, engineering, art, and math.
Recommended age: 8-12
Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver.
Please note:
Space is limited. To help us prepare seating, supplies, and accessibility accommodations, please ensure your registration reflects the total number of people attending, including caregivers, support workers, parents, or additional family members.
The library is committed to providing accessible information and services and, to do so, follows the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) and its internal accessibility plans and policies.
