Create your very own hanging paper-strip pumpkin using construction paper, a pipe cleaner, and twine. Learn how to cut, shape, and assemble paper strips into a small 3D pumpkin, then add a stem and hanging loop. Make a festive Halloween decoration to hang at home or give as a gift.
