Creative Arts - Printmaking
Cyanotype
Saturday, October 10
2:00pm - 3:00pm
Be creative and make a photogram with found objects or stencils using a photosensitized surface.
Make your very own cyanoprint applying found objects like leaves, flowers, sticks, and rocks to a photosensitized surface (paper, fabric) and placing it in the sun for a set period of time to allow a chemical reaction to occur on the surface. The surface is then rinsed and dried to allow the image to fully develop. This type of printmaking creates what is called a photogram wich is the creation of a photographic image without the use of a camera.
This program is designed adults. All materials will be provided.
