In this free workshop, Lambton County Archives will discuss the history of emergencies in Lambton County and the surrounding area, including local chemical industry in the 1950s, the 2010 Snowmageddon and other recent events. Emergency Planners from your community will discuss emergency planning and household preparedness. Participants will learn how to create their own personal emergency plan, review shelter-in-place and evacuations, and use Sarnia-Lambton Alerts and Environment Canada's emergency tools.
FREE to attend. Space is limited, registration is required.
