The event will include a Q&A session and book signing. Books will be available for purchase before the book signing.
About the Author
Irene Matys is a Greek Cypriot culinary expert, recipe developer, food stylist, and photographer. Her work has been featured in publications such as LCBO Food & Drink and Best Side Magazine. A passionate advocate for local, sustainable food, Irene collaborates with Ontario’s Plan B Organic Farms and is known for her heartfelt storytelling and vibrant, farm-to-table approach to Mediterranean cuisine.
