Joel Armstrong is the Director of Artificial Intelligence at Dig Insights, a market research firm in Toronto, and has over a decade of combined experience in research and AI. Joel’s team is responsible for developing AI-driven projects to aid in the research process. His previous roles include AI Prompt Engineer at Dig Insights and Senior Research and Evaluation Associate at the Canadian Mental Health Association.
Joel holds a Master of Science in Applied Artificial Intelligence from the University of San Diego and a PhD in Psychology from Western University. He has also been a course instructor at King's University College since 2017. In his spare time, Joel enjoys sports, woodworking, and music.
