Spend Tuesday afternoon celebrating the Summer Reading Challenge by creating crafts, playing games, reading books, and making new friends!
Stop by the library to enjoy weekly activities based on this year's Summer Reading Challenge theme. These activities are educational and a great way to connect with peers.
This week explore Medieval Times as you create a drawbridge out of popsicle sticks and a pom pom catapult. Imagine being part of a medieval army, storming city walls. Build small, functioning catapults capable of launching small projectiles. Learn how catapults work before building one and testing it out during target practice. Will our campaign be successful?
This program is recommended for children ages 6-12. Children under 10 must have a caregiver present.
