Celebrate One Seed Lambton by enjoying a casual, buffet-style, tasting of plant-based dishes created by local restaurant Greens. Learn about different ways to elevate the dark green zucchini squash. This unique dining experience will offer patrons a chance to learn about ways to cook and prepare zucchini. A Q&A session with Chef Shannon Scully will take place at the beginning of the event and participants are encouraged to ask questions about the recipes, the menu, and recipe substitutions throughout the experience.
The Zucchinilicious menu includes:
- corn and zucchini chowder,
- zucchini loaf,
- zucchini fritters,
- zucchini fettuccine, and
- zucchini brownies.
