Celebrate One Seed Lambton by experiencing a Cherokee Purple Tomato Gazpacho cooking demonstration with Chef Chloe, a presentation by Shane of Aslan Organics on organic farming, and a one-of-a-kind Cherokee Purple Tomato buffet style tasting experience.
Enjoy a casual, buffet-style, tasting of plant-based dishes created by local restaurant Greens. Learn about different ways to elevate the Cherokee Purple Tomato. This unique dining experience will offer patrons a chance to learn about ways to cook and prepare tomatoes. A Q&A session with Chef Chloe will take place at the beginning of the afternoon lunch and participants are encouraged to ask questions about the recipes, the menu, and recipe substitutions throughout the experience.
