Enjoy weekly afterschool activities at the library.
Stop by the library to enjoy after-school activities. Themed, weekly activities are both educational and a great way to connect with peers. Check below to see what's happening on Wednesdays at Port Lambton Library in November:
November 1 - Bunch of Munsch - Activities inspired by Robert Munsch's book collection: Make the Paper Bag Princess or her dragon, engage in mayhem as you help Megan round up the pigs that escaped in the library, and enjoy story time with Smelly Socks.
November 15 - Build with Simple Structures - Tegu Blocks
November 22 - Space Race Game Night - Blast off with space bingo (we even have space-themed prizes), asteroid toss, and other out-of-this-world games!
November 29 - Craft and Carol - Make a jingling musical instrument, then go on a musical scavenger hunt and learn to play popular holiday carols using the Garage Band app!
This program is recommended for children ages 5-12 (younger and older kids are welcome to try the activities, too)
Children under 10 must have a caregiver present.
