Knit a kitten with 3 (DK) or 4 (worsted) weight yarn and size US 6 knitting needles.
Make your very own knit kitten, then make more to make a litter.
This fun project is designed for knitters that already know basic knit skills such as cast on, knit stitch and bind off. This project will introduce increase and decrease techniques, as well as how to make an I cord. Yarn and knitting needles (to use in the library) and darning needles will be provided. Fiber fill as needed for projects will be provided.
Not a knitter? Beginners are welcome to attend to focus on learning the basic skills that are required for various projects, learn at one's own pace then practice on small projects.
