September 9: Collages
Come in to learn about collages and make your own using scrap paper, recycled materials, and recycled magazines.
September 16: Fall Wind Sock
Celebrate the beautiful colours of the season with this simple fall wind sock craft.
September 23: iSpy Jars
Learn the game iSpy, play it with the group, then make an iSpy jar to take home for keeps!
September 30: Pom-Pom Leaf Painting
Participants will use pom-poms held by clothespins to make fun colorful leaves and a tree.
October 7: Dragons
Learn how to make a fire-breathing dragon out of a paper towel tube, or practice the art of origami into a dragon.
October 14: Pumpkin Craft
Create a pumpkin masterpiece using paint and q-tips.
October 21: Self-Portraits
Trace each other onto a large piece of rolled out paper and then decorate it using collaging, paint, glitter, and recycled materials.
October 28: Sponge Painted Owl
Participants will learn a new art technique – painting with sponges!
