Lambton County Archives will discuss the history of emergencies in Lambton County and the surrounding area. Local Emergency Management Coordinators will outline emergency planning principles for both families and municipalities.
Participants will learn how to create their own personal emergency plan, assemble a 72-hour emergency supplies kit, how to shelter-in-place and evacuate and subscribe to public safety alerts.
This workshop will close with a Q&A and a draw for a starter Home 72-Hour Emergency Supplies Kit, generously sponsored by Lambton BASES.
