Wednesday January 10th: Paper Bag Monsters: Listen to monster stories and make a silly or scary paper bag monster!
Wednesday, January 17th: Fingerpaint Flowers: Learn about the significance of different flower colours and their pollinators (i.e. bees, bats, birds, etc.).
Wednesday, January 24th: In the Zoo: Participants will celebrate their uniqueness through the book In the Zoo by Robert Lopshire, and make a zoo animal craft.
Wednesday, January 31st: Pig Pancake: Participants will get excited about pancakes after reading If You Give a Pig a Pancake, followed by creating pancake craft.
Wednesday, February 7th: Kindness Flowers: Create self-kindness flowers to highlight the things participants love about themselves.
Wednesday, February 14th: Love Monster: Learn about emotions through the book Love Monster by Rachel Bright, and create a monster afterwards.
Wednesday, February 21st: Geometric Shapes: Learn about different shapes and improve math literacy using the library's geometric shapes kit.
Wednesday, February 28th: Colour of My Own: Learn about chameleon's through the book A Color of His Own by Leo Lionni, then design a mosaic chameleon.
