Explore your creative side as we make faux stained glass baubles! Have you seen the famous and beautifully restored rosette stained glass of Notre Dame or stained glass windows in old buildings, or even seen local vendors selling stained glass items and thought: "I wish I do something like that?" Well, in this program, you can! We won't be cutting and piecing true leaded stained glass, but participants will follow along and learn how to trace or create their own pattern and then use paint to create a stained-glass look on a glass sphere that can be hung in the window or other location to catch the light and bring a bit of medieval-era beauty to your living space!
Note: Participants will be painting real glass that is fragile, so the program is recommended for ages 16+.
