Get creative with Lambton County Library.
Explore your creative side as we make mini rope coil baskets. Participants will use waxed thread to sew rope together in a coil pattern to create a miniature basket that they can use to hold keys or other small items. They will also learn how to finish the basket with and without a handle.
This project requires fine motor skills and pulling and squeezing movements that may be challenging for those who have arthritis or other conditions affecting hand strength.
