Stop by the library to enjoy afterschool activities. Themed, weekly activities are both educational and a great way to connect with peers. This month we will be creating, building and exploring with back-to-school activities and card making.
Sept 3: Mo Willems birthday! How many ways can you build a bus? But "Don't let the pigeon drive the bus!"
Sept 10: Introduction to card making! Make a feather pencil and get creative with calligraphy!
Sept 17: Make a pencil box or pop-up card with the card making kit! If you feel like being challenged, make your own pencil topper too!
Sept 24: Can you catch the September wind? Make a windsock with recycled materials!
This program is recommended for children ages 10-12.
Children under 10 must have a caregiver present.
